CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE READ THIS! IF YOU CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHIN 12 HOURS OF YOUR SCHEDULED TIME YOU WILL BE ASSESSED A 25% CANCELLATION FEE THAT CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED. No call, no shows will result in you being blocked from booking. Once you book your appointment, your service can not be changed. Must wear a mask to be serviced. By booking, you agree that you’ve read the policy. No extra visitors please. Deposit is non-refundable. Deposit is applied towards service and is directly applied to service. There is a 10 minute grace period. The first 10 minutes that you miss warrants a $10 late fee. After 10 minutes have passed, your appointment is cancelled. This is to assure there is adequate time to service the next appointment following yours. MY POLICIES ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE. After the first "no-call, no-show", you are required to pay the entire cost of your total service up front before you can reschedule. We do not refund deposits. You may transfer your deposit with a new service date if discussed with service provider! CANCELLATIONS MUST cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will need to text me using the business number. If you do not cancel within this timeframe, your card will be charged at 25% of your service.
